How the Engineering Solutions Process Works:
When you are working alongside with MBR Distributors, you will always receive a personalized experience and be provided with the best solutions for your application. Our custom part order process is as follows:
- Customer presents the proposed design to MBR Distributors.
- Assuming that the design is feasible, MBR Distributors will then provide a quote.
- MBR Distributors will fully review the customer’s needs.
- Does the customer need our help with a custom design?
- Does the customer need assistance figuring out which part would be best to isolate their application?
- A full-analysis is offered on the customer’s application for a fee (starting at $450).
- MBR checks with the customer for a full list of design inputs and/or constraints.
- Ebco’s team of engineers implements the full-analysis.
- Results are provided to MBR Distributors.
- MBR provides the assessed recommendation to the customer (standard part or custom part, whichever is best for the application).
