Custom Cutout Features

We understand that not all applications are created equal.  Applications come in all different shapes and sizes, and we can uniquely design any mat-style to fit that application!  Several enhanced modification options are available, where we can design a mold to include removable inserts. The enhanced modification option also allows us to make multiple floor mats using the same mold.  For example, if you have two cabs; one that has two pedals, and one that has three – MBR Distibutors can create an insert to block the mold from creating the third pedal cutout. Custom Raised Features

Sometimes we need that extra support in our busy environment! The raised perimeter keeps spills and dirt contained while the heavy-duty material creates a non-slip surface.  Best of all these custom-raised mats are easy to clean.  Some applications that the raised mats would be perfect for are lawn and turf care machines, material handling equipment and cabs for construction & agricultural equipment.

Texturing
