Plateform Rubber Isolators

Our catalog of plateform rubber isolators (plate mounts), maintain sufficient isolation against vibration. The curve of the flexing element to the plate mounts provides a uniform stress distribution. In addition, the high strength bonding along with the use of uniquely compounded materials, provides optimal service life.

These highly resourceful mounts are available in nineteen different styles; arch, beam, block, bridge, cast, conic, cup, dome, flange, focal, low profile, multi-plane, offset, pedestal, powertrain, rebound, shock, taper, and tier.  Each of these styles feature square, diamond or holder structures to adapt to a range of design requirements.  The plateform rubber isolators offer a range of load ratings from 15 to 9,200 pounds.

The internal geometry of some plate mounts provides an inherent fail-safe installation, while others may be used with appropriately sized snubbing washers.  In either case, the interlocking structure of metal parts also operates to prevent damage or extreme shock impact.

Plateform mounts provide excellent noise reduction in structure borne vibration. They are ideal for the agricultural, commercial vehicle, construction, defense, industrial, off-highway, power generation and turf care markets.
